About the Institution
Tel-Hai Academic College, recognized as an independent institution in 1996, is one of the leading and most influential academic institutions in northern Israel and serves as a cornerstone for social, economic, and academic development in the Galilee and the Golan.
The college has approximately 5,000 undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in 34 academic programs, alongside an additional 2,000 participants in its continuing education units. With over 1,500 employees, Tel-Hai is the largest employer in the Eastern Galilee.
Today, the college is undergoing a strategic transformation into the University of the Galilee, through a merger with the MIGAL Research Institute, establishing an innovative model that integrates applied research, advanced education, and regional development.
