Fresh Start is a foodtech incubator established in 2020 as part of Israel’s national network of innovation incubators, under the supervision of the Israel Innovation Authority.
Led by Dganit Vered (CEO) and Dr. Tami Meiron (Chief Technology Officer), Fresh Start specializes in creating innovative ventures and transferring academic technologies to the market.
To date, it has invested in 15 startup companies, with plans for further expansion in the coming years.
