Lauder Employment Center

About the Center

The Lauder Employment Center in the Negev and the Galilee — founded by Jewish philanthropist Ronald S. Lauder and the philanthropic organization Jewish National Fund–USA — serves as a cornerstone for promoting quality employment in Israel’s southern and northern regions. The center is operated by the Western Galilee Now Association.

Target Audiences
The center serves academics seeking employment or career advancement, small businesses, entrepreneurs, and employers — including industrial companies, organizations, and institutions.

Mission
To promote high-quality regional employment for academics by creating meaningful connections between job seekers and employers, while supporting small businesses with professional tools and guidance.
The center’s work is based on collaborations with academic institutions, local authorities, regional clusters, youth centers, employment initiatives, and other partners — all sharing the common goal of developing and strengthening quality employment in the Negev and the Galilee.
